Most self-storage developments face some complications in getting municipal approval, however, obstacles can be opportunities! The authors share two case SecureSpace studies—one from the East Coast and one from the West—that demonstrate how design innovation can be used to meet restrictive zoning requirements, even on challenging parcels.
