Prestige Storage Hires Senior District Manager, Vice President of Operations

Prestige Storage, a self-storage provider with more than 50 properties across the Midwest, hired two members to its leadership team. Stacey Irwin joins the company as senior district manager, while Matthew Phillips will be vice president of operations, according to a press release.

Irwin will oversee operations in Michigan and Northern Ohio. Prior to joining Prestige, she was the district manager at Compass Self Storage, which operates more than 100 facilities nationwide. Irwin also served as director for Lock-It-Up Self Storage in Toledo, Ohio, where she oversaw 17 properties totaling more than 1 million rentable square feet. She was president of the Self-Storage Association of Michigan from 2016 to 2019.

Before joining Prestige, Phillips was a senior district manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, for self-storage real estate investment trust Public Storage Inc. During this time, he oversaw 60 properties in Charlotte and Greenville, South Carolina.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Prestige is a commercial real estate company with a portfolio encompassing 2.4 million rentable square feet in seven states.
