Red Bluff Mini Storage in Red Bluff, Calif., was recently sold to Dan Kennedy of Paradise, Calif., for $1.9 million. The 5-acre property at 395 Kimball Road includes 55,668 net rentable square feet, 411 self-storage units and 75 canopied parking stalls for RVs and other vehicles. The single-story facility features metal construction, perimeter fencing and surveillance cameras.

Red Bluff Mini Storage in Red Bluff, Calif., was recently sold to Dan Kennedy of Paradise, Calif., for $1.9 million. The property received multiple offers within a week of its listing, according to the brokers, and closed $150,000 above the asking price. Kennedy plans to expand the facility and hold the property as an investment, they said.

The Loeffler Self-Storage Group is a commercial real estate brokerage firm representing self-storage sellers and buyers in the western United States. The company has brokered more than 60 industry transactions in California and Nevada.
