StorSafe Self Storage, which operates more than 20 facilities in five states, hosted its second annual “garage” sale and motorcycle show at its Pilsen, Illinois, facility on April 29. Open to the community from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event at 2201 S. Halsted also included a DJ, food trucks, prizes and giveaways, according to the sources.
The event showcased motorcycles of various makes, models and eras. Entrants were able to compete for awards in three categories: Best Custom Bike, Most Original Bike and People’s Choice.
Customers who purchased sale booths offered antiques, collectibles, household items and more. Raffle prizes included Beats headphones and earbuds, and three months of free storage.
Founded in 2021, StorSafe operates facilities in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin. It’s owned by Elmdale Partners, a Skokie, Illinois, real estate investment firm with brokerage and property-management operations.
