Self-Storage Management Firm StoragePro Hires Vice Presidents of Operations and Finance/Accounting

StoragePro Management Inc., which oversees 130 self-storage facilities in the Western United States, announced two new hires. Pablo Caballeros joined the company as vice president of operations, and Adrienne Zimmer was named vice president of finance and accounting, according to a press release.

Caballeros will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of the facilities the company operates, overseeing the operations team and staff training. He’ll also handle profit-and-loss management and serve as a bridge between the operations team and the self-storage owners they serve.

Caballeros has 18 years of industry experience. He’s held management roles with self-storage real estate investment trust Public Storage Inc. and StorQuest Self Storage. He earned a master’s degree from California State University.

Zimmer will be responsible for establishing company-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices. She’ll direct accounting practices, and maintain relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community.

Zimmer has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in commercial, home-building and multi-family real estate. A certified public accountant, she earned a bachelor's degree from California State University and an MBA from St. Mary’s College.
