Let us introduce you to Internet trolls! Defined as “someone who makes intentionally inflammatory, rude or upsetting statements online,” a troll aims to elicit an emotional response from readers or lead the conversation in a new direction, even when the information being shared is completely false. While they commonly target politicians, celebrities and social media influencers, trolls are finding footholds in other arenas, including self-storage.
