Inside Self-Storage Releases 2022 Guidebooks on Building/Investing and Facility Operation

Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has released its 2022 Guidebooks, one focused on industry building and investing and the other on facility operation. Both come available in digital or softcover formats and can be purchased individually or in a discounted bundle.

The Building/Investing Guidebook is designed to help anyone interested in self-storage investing as well as those who want to establish or expand an operation. The 92-page book addresses issues of finance, real estate, planning, development, design and construction. The cost is $59 for digital and $69 plus shipping for softcover.

The Facility-Operation Guidebook is created for self-storage owners and managers. At 240 pages, it covers all key aspects to site operation including revenue, sales, legal issues, marketing, maintenance, liability, technology, security and much more. It’s available for $89 in digital format and $99 plus shipping for softcover.

The two publications can also be purchased together at a $20 discount. The bundle is $129 for digital and $129 plus shipping for softcover.

The softcover versions are available for pre-order and expected to ship no later than Jan. 4. The PDF versions are easy to view on a computer screen or tablet and are available for immediate download upon completion of purchase.
