Update 12/12/24 – TSN is introducing new benefits to its 2025 Membership Program and a 25% discount to those who enroll by Jan. 1.

Members can now post their properties on the new facility locator, which will go live on the TSN website in January. Listings include address, contact information, photo and a summary of property features, according to a press release.

Members will also receive a TSN window cling they can display in their office, a logo they can post to their website and a certificate that can be hung in their office or shared with planning and zoning committees. The document is intended to reflect the member’s dedication to offering best-in-class boat/RV-storage design and services.

Finally, members will have access to TSN quarterly reports and the “Guide to RV and Boat Storage,” a digital handbook on investing and facility operation.

8/9/23 – Toy Storage Nation (TSN), an organization that educates people on all aspects of boat and RV storage, has launched a membership program through which participants can enjoy discounts on industry products and services. The group has made special arrangements with vendors specializing in boat/RV-storage feasibility, site design and layout, financing, facility valuation, management, insurance, and other offerings, according to a press release.

TSN members will have access to networking opportunities with industry newcomers and seasoned professionals. They’ll also get discounts on registration to full-day TSN workshops, which focus on boat/RV-storage investing, development and operation.

Memberships are available at a discounted rate of $199 through Dec. 31. In addition to being recognized as TSN founding members, participants will receive a window cling, logo and certificate as well as early access to TSN quarterly reports.

Founded in 2020, TSN provides boat/RV-storage developers, operators and investors resources and networking opportunities. It also offers a website and an awards program that recognizes excellence in the design and management of boat/RV-storage facilities nationwide.
