Man Hits Pedestrian With Vehicle Following Argument at Stafford, VA, Self-Storage Facility

A dispute between two men outside Stor-It Self Storage in Stafford, Virginia, on Tuesday resulted in one allegedly driving his car into the other. The incident at 2023 Jefferson Davis Highway happened at 8:25 p.m., according to the source.
