XPS Launches Remote Management Suite for Self-Storage Operators Who Need Managerial Support

XPS Solutions, a provider of digital sales and marketing support for the self-storage industry, has launched Remote Management Suite, a new package of services designed to help self-storage operators who are “tired of staffing headaches and overwhelmed with managerial tasks.” The product includes 50 hours per week of live management coverage, according to a press release. Clients receive extended tenant support in the form of follow-up sales calls, move-ins, lease and ID verification, tenant-insurance sign-ups, move-out processing, collections assistance, online customer service, and more.
The new program is overseen by site-level and regional managers hired by XPS. “We do this with technology, integrations, and the proper training and people,” said John Traver, CEO. “It’s a model the REITs have been using to conquest market share from the independents for decades in the self-storage space.”
“We are excited to be able to offer remote-management services to owners who are looking for alternative solutions to increase their bottom line,” said Jennifer Downer, chief operating officer.
Based in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides call-center services and sales support for self-storage operations. The company offers digital call recording, lead tracking, Web-chat support, search engine optimization, Web hosting, data analysis and other services.
