XPS Integrates RentUp Call-Center Program With Storage Commander Self-Storage Software

XPS Solutions, a provider of digital sales and marketing support for the self-storage industry, has integrated its RentUp call-center program with Storage Commander facility-management software. The move gives XPS leasing agents access to a facility’s available unit inventory, pricing, rental terms, promotions and custom scripts, so they can complete unit rentals with prospects over the phone, according to a press release.

“We are excited about this collaboration and the increased value that it brings to our clients,” said John Traver, CEO of XPS.

Storage Commander is a Temecula, California-based supplier of cloud-based management software and pay-merchant services for self-storage operations. Its suite of products integrates property-management software, payment processing, tenant insurance and custom websites.

Based in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides call-center services and sales support for self-storage operations. The company offers digital call recording, lead tracking, Web-chat support, search engine optimization, Web hosting, data analysis and other services.
