Union Realtime Releases New Filter Feature for Radius+ Self-Storage Analytics Platform

Union Realtime, which offers a suite of location-intelligence tools for self-storage and other real estate sectors, has launched a new filtering feature within its Radius+ analytics platform. The product aims to add granularity and accessibility, according to a press release.

The filters provide access to regularly used tools. They can also be saved and included in analysis using Union’s Trade Area and Competitors page. They include views based on current or development sites, the ability to turn off trade-area sites individually, an analysis mode to filter data, and highlight mode to visualize the filters without the data being excluded.

“Our latest filtering tool is a direct response to the valuable feedback from our users. By recognizing the need for diverse facility filtering, we embarked on an innovation journey to empower users in identifying markets that seamlessly align with their preferences,” said Nikki Lee, product manager.

Founded in 2016 and based in New York, Union Realtime specializes in data, consulting and analytic software. It offers compass and competitor reports through its Radius+ division.
