The Bradshaw Group, a Hilton Head, S.C.-based self-storage operator and real estate firm, has announced plans to develop Bluffton Self Storage in Bluffton, S.C. The 76,000-square-foot facility at 12 Oliver Court will offer traditional and climate-controlled storage as well as covered boat and RV storage with access to electricity and water hookups, according to the source.
"We've long wanted to offer the Bluffton area a premier self-storage experience," Jim Bradshaw, president, said in a press release. "The convenient location, abundance of diverse storage options and excellent amenities will create a unique self-storage experience."
The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year, company spokesperson Rob Springer told the source.
The Bluffton project will be The Bradshaw Group’s third self-storage facility. The company also operates Beach City Self Storage and Dillon Road Self Storage on Hilton Head Island. It also owns a variety of Hilton Head commercial space, including Port Royal Plaza and Park Plaza Car Wash, according to the source.
