Tenant Inc. Reveals New Features for Self-Storage Software Platform

Tenant Inc., a provider of property-management software and other technology for self-storage and other types of real estate, introduced new features for its cloud-based, self-storage SaaS (software as a service) platform. The announcement was made earlier this month during the 10th annual Storelocal Innovation Summit, a networking and education event for founders, members and partners of Storelocal, a private membership program of independent self-storage operators. Tenant acquired the company last year.
New software features include:
Targeted and filtered tabs that use query parameters to filter landing pages for specific storage sizes or types
Google Analytics 4 advanced setup and looker studio dashboards for multi-site operators, allowing them to view data on individual properties or their entire portfolio
One-time payment links that allow customers to pay their rent without logging in
Unified communications enabling operators to organize, manage and deploy customer communications through a central place
Rent management to automate rates by creating sets of rules and conditions
A warehouse feature that enables operators to build customized data reports
Promotions management that allows users to manage pricing promotions and control how they’re displayed on their websites
