Storagely and Swivl Release Unit Connect Product to Facilitate Online Self-Storage Rentals

Storagely, which provides software to facilitate online self-storage rentals, and Swivl, which provides an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for self-storage operators, have introduced a new product called Unit Connect to help customers find and rent storage units. It integrates with several facility-management software programs, according to a press release.

Unit Connect guides potential storage renters to their desired unit type and pre-populates necessary details, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple pages and accelerating the rental process, the release stated.

In addition to its online rental software, Storagely offers website design and management as well as marketing services referred to as Storagely+.

Swivl is owned by Education Bot Inc., which specializes in AI and chatbot technology designed to improve user engagement. It has assisted in 250,000 reservations across 3,500 self-storage facilities, according to the release.
