Self-Storage Firm IREGC Announces New Hires and Promotions for January 2024

Update 1/29/24 – Continuing its January 2024 staffing activity, IREGC promoted Tiffany O’Neill from acquisitions associate to transactions manager. In her new role, she’ll be responsible for coordinating real estate transactions and legal partners, as well as managing the internal acquisitions process and third-party vendors, according to a release.

O’Neill joined IREGC as an executive assistant in 2019, and was promoted to transactions coordinator in 2021. She was promoted to acquisitions associate in August 2023.

Her dedication and hard work have seen her excel in various roles, including receptionist, relief manager, executive assistant, operations coordinator, transactions coordinator, acquisitions associate, and now the role of transactions manager,” said Justin Quinto, vice president of acquisitions and asset management. “Tiffany's commitment to excellence and her ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities have made her an invaluable asset to our team.”

1/18/24 – In addition to its earlier staff announcement, IREGC has promoted Liz Kirchner to the position of human resources (HR) generalist. She’ll be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and administration of all HR policies and procedures, according to a press release.

Kirchner joined the company in 2020 as a property manager for its Moove In Self Storage brand. She transitioned to HR coordinator last year.

“Liz's journey with our organization has been amazing,” said Nancy Delach, vice president of HR. “During her time with our company, Liz has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence and has quickly become an integral part of our team.”

1/10/24 – The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), which specializes in self-storage construction and management and operates the Moove In Self Storage brand, has hired Sean Thomas as a staff accountant. He’ll be responsible for maintaining the company’s financial procedures and confirming its compliance through the preparation of reports and monetary statements, according to a press release.

Thomas has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, most recently in state government.

“We’re excited to have Sean join the IREGC team,” said controller Brandy Meyer. “His experience and affinity for working with numbers will no doubt contribute to his success.”
