Sealed Sealed “N” Safe (SNS), a manufacturer of products designed to address heat loss in metal buildings, including self-storage, has released a thermal-bridge system that fits between the outer shell and inner frames of a metal building. The SNS Thermal Spacers can help storage operators significantly reduce heating, ventilating and air-conditioning costs, company officials said in a press release.

The thermal spacers are watertight and tested against standards from the American Iron and Steel Institute, ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) International and International Code Council, as well as U.S. energy codes, according to the release.

Founded in 2008, SNS provides thermal solutions for architectural panels, standing-seam panels, through-fastened panels, wall panels and complete building-envelope systems.
