Ozark Mini Storage in Harrison, Ark., has added a climate-controlled building to its existing self-storage facility at 1700 Airport Road, at the intersection of Industrial Park Road. The building contains 70 units ranging in size from 5-by-10 to 10-by-25 and is protected with a  fire-sprinkler system. The property also offers 300 drive-up units.

“The climate-controlled space is kept between 65 and 85 degrees. This cuts back on the possibility of humidity or mold,” office manager Crystal Snook told the source. “The units are built in a way that is secure and still allows for air flow.”

The property was purchased six years ago by Jeff Crocket, who also operates Goblin Drive Storage, another 300-unit facility in the same town. Both properties are managed from the Ozark Mini Storage office.

Ozark also offers U-Haul truck and trailer rentals.
