Janus Releases Nokē Ion Internal, Hard-Wired Smart Lock for Self-Storage Units

Janus International Group, a global manufacturer and supplier of building solutions and access-control technology for the self-storage industry, has released Nokē Ion, a magnetic, hardwired smart-locking system for self-storage unit doors. Fitting on the inside track of the door, the product has low-voltage power and can be customized with enhanced features like LED lights and motion sensors, according to a press release.

In addition, Nokē Ion comes equipped with a cloud-native software portal that provides visibility into lock health, facility security and customer behavior. It also has a mobile app.
