Devon Self Storage Buys Facility in Whitehaven, Tenn., for $1.2M
Devon-Memphis LLC, an affiliate of self-storage operator Devon Self-Storage, has acquired a facility for $1.2 million at 3417 Fontaine Road in Whitehaven, Tenn., a Memphis suburb. The property has been renamed Devon Self Storage-Memphis.

Devon-Memphis LLC, an affiliate of self-storage operator Devon Self-Storage, has acquired a facility for $1.2 million at 3417 Fontaine Road in Whitehaven, Tenn., a Memphis suburb. The property has been renamed Devon Self Storage-Memphis.
Built in 1972, the facility has 164,610 rentable square feet in multiple buildings. The site is on 7.4 acres on the west side of Fontaine Road, north of Winchester Road in the Brooks Avenue subdivision.
The Shelby County Assessor of Property appraised the facility at $1.7 million in 2011.
Based in Emeryville, Calif., Devon Self Storage was founded in 1998 and owns 24 facilities in 11 states.
