Boxwell, a manufacturer of portable self-storage units, has added a new unit size to its product line. The new 10-by-20-foot relocatables provide increased storage capacity and can be placed alongside existing buildings, according to a press release.

The containers have a 10,000-pound capacity and are available in several configurations. Buyers can choose one end door to create a 200-square-foot unit, two side doors to create two 100-square-foot spaces, or four side doors to make four spaces of 50 square feet each. The structures can also be used for car storage without the need for additional upgrades.

In addition to being transportable, containers can be stacked up to three high, even when fully loaded. Constructed of steel, they’re outfitted with roll-up doors, locking mechanisms, weather-resistant seals and anti-condensation sprayed ceilings. The units can fit within compact or unbuildable areas with no foundation or major site preparation, the release stated.

Founded in 2015, Boxwell manufactures portable-storage containers in 8-, 12-, 16- and 20-foot unit lengths.
