Amsdell Cos./Compass Self Storage Opens New Facility in Mansfield, TX

Compass Self Storage LLC, a member of the Amsdell family of companies, has opened a new facility in Mansfield, Texas. It’s the company’s 61st store nationwide and fourth in the greater Dallas storage market.

The property 2231 Country Club Drive was developed by separate affiliates of Amsdell Group LLC and Compass Self Storage LLC and will be rebranded under the Compass name. It comprises more than 112,000 net rentable square feet of storage space. Facility features include climate-controlled and drive-up storage as well as enclosed boat- and RV-storage spaces. It also offers electronic access, online billpay, truck rentals, video cameras, and the sale of moving and packing supplies.
