Self-Storage Technology Supplier XPS Hires Director of Rentals and Remote Management

XPS Solutions, a provider of outsourced technology solutions for the self-storage industry, has hired Don Lazuka as director of rentals and remote management. He has more than 20 years of self-storage industry experience, according to the company’s July 2023 newsletter.

Prior to joining XPS, Lazuka spent nearly two years as a district manager for Andover Properties LLC, which operates the Storage King brand, and a year with Devon Self Storage. He also held the same role for 18 years at Public Storage Inc., a real estate investment trust and management company.
