Self-Storage Building Supplier Central States Manufacturing Names Corporate Marketing Officer

Central States Manufacturing Inc., a supplier of metal-building components and roofing for self-storage and other industries, appointed Jennifer Davis to the newly created position of corporate market officer. She’ll oversee the company’s marketing, strategy and innovation functions, according to a press release.
Davis has more than two decades of executive-marketing, operations and general-management experience. She’s held positions with Amazon Web Services, Honeywell International Inc., Intel Corp., Learfield and Planar Systems Inc.
Davis earned a bachelor’s degree from Warner Pacific University and a master’s degree from Pepperdine University. She holds an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) Board Governance Certification from the Private Directors Association and serves on the advisory boards of several private companies. She’s also the author of the book “Well Made Decisions.” Published in 2021 by New Degree Press, it offers insight on organizational decision-making and strategy implementation.
