Keep-It-Safe Storage purchased a self-storage facility in Ogden, Utah, for $825,000, or about $30 per square foot.

The facility, 189 W. Seventh St., was owned by Stuart Roofing Inc. Constructed in 2009, the facility has 27,903 square feet and is located in a retail area.

Jason Smith of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller. Nolan Hayward of Keep-It-Safe Storage represented the buyer.
