Self-Storage Technology Supplier XPS Adjusts Leadership Team

XPS Solutions, a provider of outsourced technology solutions for the self-storage industry, has implemented strategic leadership changes following a period of record growth. The adjustments will ensure the company’s focus remains on client satisfaction and the acceleration of continued growth initiatives, according to a press release.

Mike Roberts, a 14-year veteran with XPS, will transition to the role of executive vice president of allied partners, focusing on business development via strategic industry partners. He was previously executive vice president of business development and operations.

Shannon Charbonneau, who joined the company in 2011, will transition from director of client relations to vice president of client solutions. In her new position, she’ll oversee all areas of the client relationship with the company.

Andy Stavros was promoted from director of business development to vice president of business development. He’ll be responsible for driving and leading the company’s tactical growth efforts in the self-storage industry. Stavros joined the company last year, and has 20 years of industry experience.

In her new role as client-solutions manager, Sherry Miller will directly manage new-client acquisitions and solution upgrades for existing clients. She was previously manager of client relations. She’ll assist customers with onboarding, executive business reviews and training.

Based in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides call-center services and sales support for the self-storage industry. It offers digital call recording, lead tracking, Web-chat support, search engine optimization services, Web hosting, data analysis and other services.
