The suite of technologies is designed to increase customer conversions in the multi-family, self-storage and senior-living markets by leveraging automation and artificial intelligence to optimize targeted campaigns based on consumer interest, according to a press release.
The intelligent-advertising solution includes lead analysis that examines which campaigns and specific keywords are delivering the most conversions. The information is then used to optimize ad messaging and spending, the release stated.
The platform’s Dynamic Ads feature is designed to improve marketing efficiency by managing campaigns automatically based on market and location dynamics. It uses real-time pricing and unit availability, according to the release. In addition, a comprehensive reporting platform measures campaign effectiveness by combining location metrics from multiple channels to help marketers measure, track and optimize promotions.
