Self-storage facilities have rules designed to keep people and property safe, including one to address when tenants are allowed on site. Unfortunately, not all customers comply with your stated access hours. Whether they lose track of time or intentionally flout your policy, some stick around after closing time. They might even be attempting to live in a unit. Not only do these tenants defy your company mandates, they could be promoting crime and unsafe conditions.
