Middle East Self-Storage Operator The Box Partners With Meydan Free Zone in Dubai, UAE

The Box Self Storage Services LLC, which operates facilities in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has partnered with Meydan Free Zone, a UAE government-sponsored business incubator and digital platform designed to help e-commerce startups grow in Dubai. The collaboration allows clients to take advantage of business services provided by The Box and rent storage units at a 30% discount, according to a press release.

The Box provides adaptable unit sizes that allow business users to adjust their rented space based on seasonal demand and performance. It also offers workspace as well as call-center, order-fulfillment, transportation and package-supply services. Access to electricity, Wi-Fi and storage eliminates the need to obtain separate licenses or set up utility services, the release stated. Participating businesses will be able to access The Box services through the Meydan digital platform.
