Worth Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) has launched a division focused on self-storage advisory services. It’ll be led by Richard Minker, a 40-year commercial real estate veteran, along with Ryan Rounsaville and Sally Glen Turner, according to a press release.
Minker has specialized in self-storage since 1998 when his firm became the North Texas affiliate for Argus Self Storage Advisors, a Denver-based network of real estate brokers who specialize in storage properties. He’s represented buyers and sellers in primary and secondary markets.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sally Glen and Ryan to our self-storage advisory team,” said WCRE Partner Jerry Bolz. “Richard’s experience and knowledge base will undoubtedly help us move forward in the industry. With Richard’s training, Sally Glen and Ryan will add an additional opportunity to reach and service new clients in the self-storage field.”
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, WCRE is led by Tim Bates and Bolz. The company specializes in office leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and commercial real estate.
