Self-Storage Real Estate Firm Marcus & Millichap Names First Vice President of Investments for St. Louis

Marcus & Millichap (M&M), a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in self-storage, promoted Marla Čolić from self-storage investment advisor to first vice president of investments for the St. Louis office. She’s also director of the company’s self-storage division and a partner of The Williams Self-Storage Group, which specializes in self-storage brokerage in the Midwest and South, according to a press release.

Čolić has experience in self-storage consulting, management and real estate. She owned Spanish Lake Self Storage in St. Louis from 2012 to 2019. She joined M&M in 2016 as an associate and was promoted twice. She also earned two consecutive “Sales Recognition Awards.” Čolić has closed more than $60 million in total sales for the company, the release stated.

Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Calabasas, California, M&M offers advisory services, and mortgage and real estate brokerage. Its research division produces reports and videos covering more than a dozen property types. The company has more than 80 offices in Canada and the United States.
