Self-Storage Technology Supplier XPS Solutions Hires National Directors of Remote Management, Client Solutions

XPS Solutions, a provider of outsourced technology solutions for the self-storage industry, hired two staff members. Richard Huxley has joined the company as national director of client solutions, while Chance Nelson is national director of remote-management services, according to a press release.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Huxley has more than 20 years of experience in client relations, including 11 at West Technology, a telecom and contact-center solutions provider.

“XPS Solutions has benefited from Richard's strong leadership and relationship-management skills since he joined our company in October,” said Shannon Charbonneau, vice president of client services. “Richard comes to us with an existing relationship after serving as a vendor contact to XPS from our Telco company for years. We were thrilled to have him join us and are excited for him to begin those relationships with our clients and vendors.”

A U.S. Navy veteran, Nelson has more than 20 years of self-storage industry experience, including 14 with real estate investment trust Extra Space Storage Inc.

Based in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides call-center services and sales support for self-storage operations. The company offers digital call recording, lead tracking, Web-chat support, search engine optimization services, Web hosting, data analysis and other services.
