Self-Storage Management Firm Haviland Storage Services Hires Regional Manager

Haviland Storage Services (HSS), which provides third-party management and operational support for self-storage businesses, hired David Lesh as regional manager. He has 18 years of industry experience, according to a press release.

Lesh has expertise in audits, budgeting, customer service, revenue management, sales and staff training. Most recently, he was a district manager for Prime Storage, which operates more than 375 facilities nationwide. He previously served in the same role for Strat Property Management Inc., where he managed operations for 11 San Diego facilities comprising 8,700 units. He was also an operations manager for Rockvill RV & Self Storage in Santee, California, and an area manager for Morena Self Storage and Solana Beach Self Storage in San Diego.

Founded in 2002, HSS provides audits, manager training and competitor studies. The firm has offices in the Carolinas and Idaho as well as San Diego.
