Self-Storage Firm IREGC Hires Revenue Manager

The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), which specializes in self-storage construction and management and operates the Moove In Self Storage brand, has hired Jon Montgomery as revenue manager. He’ll be responsible for developing price models and monitoring occupancy levels at the company’s facilities, according to a press release.

Montgomery recently received a master’s degree in accounting. He’s also continuing to build his skills through coding and technology courses, the release stated.

“We are excited to welcome Jon to the IREGC team,” said Shaun Lewy, vice president of operations. “His ever-increasing knowledge and skillset will greatly benefit our company, and we cannot wait to see what he accomplishes.”

Founded in 1998, IREGC develops, builds, acquires and operates more than 65 facilities across New England and the mid-Atlantic.
