Self-Storage Firm IREGC Announces Promotions for November 2023

Update 11/30/23 – IREGC has promoted Tom Kilko Jr. to director of development and construction. He joined the company earlier this year as development and construction manager. In his new role, Kilko will oversee all the company’s projects, from inception to completion, according to a press release.

“From the first day Tom started with [IREGC], he’s shown an eagerness to grow,” Riley said. “His experience, leadership, demeanor and out-of-the-box thinking has allowed him to excel in a short amount of time.”

“I’m looking forward to moving into this new role and tackling the challenges that come with it,” Kilko said. “The industry is constantly evolving, and I’m excited to be a part of it with the team at IRE.”

11/22/23 – The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), which specializes in self-storage construction and management and operates the Moove In Self Storage brand, has promoted two staff members. Chris Riley Jr. moved from asset project manager to asset manager, while Lisa Ritt, previously facilities and construction coordinator, is now a facilities services manager, according to a press release.

Riley joined IREGC in January. In his new role, he’ll oversee the company's capital-expenditures (capex) program. He’ll also develop and execute asset-management strategies, and ensure the efficient utilization of resources, the release stated.

Hired in February, Ritt will be involved in day-to-day operations, including the management and maintenance of the company’s York, Pennsylvania, headquarters. She’ll also assist Riley with capex projects.

“Lisa and Chris are dynamic employees who bring diverse and important skills to IRE,” said Justin Quinto, vice president of acquisitions and asset management. “Promoting them into these new roles will only help us grow faster and stronger.”
