Nashville Conference a Terrific Success for Inside Self-Storage Expo
More than 1,100 self-storage professionals gathered in Nashville, Tenn., Oct. 7-10, for the largest fall conference and tradeshow ever hosted by the Inside Self-Storage Expo.

More than 1,100 self-storage professionals gathered in Nashville, Tenn., Oct. 7-10, for the largest fall conference and tradeshow ever hosted by the Inside Self-Storage Expo. Participants enjoyed four days of educational seminars, networking events and more than 100 vendor exhibits.
The event kicked off with a special opening address presented by investment-analysis specialist Charles Ray Wilson titled, ““Self-Storage at the Crossroads: Which Way Will You Go?” Other show highlights included the Developers’ Seminar, Management Workshop, Self-Storage Q&A: The Game Everyone Can Win, and Legal Learning Live with industry attorney Jeffrey Greenberger. Seminars addressed topics ranging from facility marketing to finding financing to enhancing ancillary revenue.
"Nashville was everything we could have hoped for,” said Larry Rolando, vice president of business development for OpenTech Alliance Inc., a provider of self-storage kiosks. “Nice job, and thanks! We’ll see you in January for the next ISS Expo."
The ISS Expo is hosted twice annually by Inside Self-Storage Magazine, a monthly trade publication for owners, operators, managers, investors and suppliers of the storage industry. The next event will take place Jan. 26-29 at the Venetian Hotel Resort Casino and Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.
