The William Warren Group (WWG), a privately held real estate company that operates the StorQuest Self Storage brand, has opened a new location in Vero Beach, Fla., its first in the city. The facility at 605 U.S. Highway 1 will cater to “residents, beach dwellers and businesses” in an area that offers outdoor recreational activities like camping, hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding, according to a press release.

Property features include 24-hour access, climate control and video cameras. Customer amenities include online billpay and reservations, and free use of a company moving truck at move-in.

WWG has been actively growing its portfolio in recent weeks. It opened facilities in Lakewood, Colo., and Reno, Nev., in January and December, respectively. It acquired Outback Storage Laguna, a 67,750-square-foot property in Elk Grove, Calif., in December, and intends to convert a former taco shop in Los Angles into a four-story facility comprising 85,000 square feet.

Founded in 1994 and based in Santa Monica, Calif., WWG acquires, develops and operates 128 self-storage facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina and Texas.
