SmartStop Self Storage REIT Inc., a self-managed real estate investment trust, has been honored with an “800 Award” in the home-services category from Reputation, which offers a software that manages consumer feedback. It’s the second consecutive year the company has received the honor, according to a press release.
The award recognizes businesses that consistently provide exceptional customer service as determined by online reviews and ratings from a variety of sources, including Facebook, Google and Yelp. It identifies companies with an overall average rating of at least 800 over the previous 12 months. The score reflects criteria including review sentiment, volume, spread, recency, response and length. Reputation also evaluated brand reach and health, social engagement, listing accuracy, and search impressions.
