XPS Solutions, a provider of Web-based reservations services and other outsourced technology solutions for the self-storage industry, has interfaced its call-center platform with Storage Commander V5 software from Empower Software Technologies Inc. The integration enables self-storage operators to cover customer calls and take reservations based on real-time inventory and current promotions, according to a press release.
Through its Centralized Sales and Support Center, XPS provides call, Web-lead, and live-chat coverage 109 hours per week, company officials said.
“Integrations with self-storage partners have been a driving point for Storage Commander in 2015,” said Kevin Kerr, marketing coordinator for Empower Software. “Starting with the introduction of XPS Solutions, you should expect to see many more partner integrations and unique feature releases from Storage Commander this year.”
Storage Commander cloud-based and standalone management software includes online reservations and payments; built-in debit, credit and electronic-check (ACH) processing; customized billing; a reports suite; and more. Based in Murrieta, Calif., Empower Software has provided management-software solutions to the self-storage industry for 16 years.
XPS provides digital call recording, lead tracking, Web-chat support, search engine optimization services, Web hosting and data analysis for the self-storage industry. The company’s headquarters in Richardson, Texas, serves as a sales and support center for thousands of independent self-storage sites.
