He has seven years of self-storage experience, specializing in ground-up projects. His expertise includes feasibility, entitlements, construction and asset management, according to a press release.

“Robb’s passion for excellence within self-storage development will be an asset to developers new to self-storage as well as long-time customers and friends,” said Clay Cullins, vice president of sales. “From start to finish, Robb understands innate details involved with getting a project successfully designed and built to maximize performance and return. His presence represents our continued commitment to provide best-in-class service for this great industry and its people.”

DeJean earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas. He served on the board of directors for the Texas Self Storage Association from 2017 to 2020.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Villa Rica, Ga., Storage Structures offers design, engineering and erection capabilities for all types of storage buildings.
