Self-Storage Operator Pinnacle Properties Names New Regional VP of Ops

Pinnacle Storage Properties, a Houston-based firm that operates 20 Texas self-storage facilities under various names, has promoted Cassie Dodgen to regional vice president of operations. She’ll be responsible for assessing data to optimize performance across all assets, including website performance, revenue management and expense control. She’ll also facilitate company educational events and leadership staff training, and implement new projects and initiatives, according to a press release.

Dodgen joined Pinnacle in 2016 as a property manager, then advanced to area manager. She’s been instrumental in the growth of Pinnacle’s portfolio from three locations to 20, the release stated.

“I look forward to the challenges and experiences that come with this promotion. With it being a new position in our company, I am ready to set the bar high and wow the industry. Pinnacle Storage Properties is fast-growing, and it has been thrilling to be a part of its success through the past four years,” Dodgen said.

“We are excited to see the growth of such a talented individual at the same time as we grow as a company. Cassie is an outstanding asset to us,” said John Manes, CEO and partner.

Pinnacle is a privately held real estate owner/operator focused on the acquisition, development and management of self-storage assets. Its investment strategy is to purchase under-leveraged properties in suburban and secondary markets.
