The Investment Real Estate Group of Cos. (IREGC), which provides brokerage, feasibility, construction, development and property-management services to the self-storage industry, has hired Lindsay Baugher as talent-acquisition manager. Her primary responsibility will be to source and onboard top talent for the company’s growing team, according to a press release.
Baugher previously worked in the recruiting industry for more than seven years, sourcing and hiring for several diverse industries. Most recently, she was a talent-acquisition partner for United Natural Foods Inc. in York, Pennsylvania, where she tracked staffing levels of a 682,000-square-foot distribution center. Baugher also studied real estate at PDH Academy, a provider of online and home-study education courses for residential and commercial contractors, the release stated.

Founded in 1998, IREGC focuses exclusively on the self-storage industry. The company has offices in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It has listed and sold $1B of self-storage, managed more than 75 properties in eight states, compiled 250 feasibility studies, and helped clients develop more than 2.5 million square feet, according to its website.
