Self-Storage Operator Five Star Storage Hires Director of Marketing

Five Star Storage, which operates 33 self-storage facilities in the Dakotas, Minnesota and Montana, has hired Eric Gardner as director of marketing. He’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, enhancing brand recognition, expanding market reach, driving customer engagement through targeted campaigns, and maintaining strategic partnerships with vendors, according to a press release.

Gardner formerly served as manager of client services and lead self-storage strategist for marketing firm Go local Interactive. He also has experience in other industries, which enables him to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to his new position. With a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, Gardner is well-equipped to strengthen the Five Star’s competitive position in the storage industry, the release stated.

“Eric brings a proven track record of success in marketing, and we are delighted to welcome them to the Five Star Storage family,” said CEO Ben Hendricks. “With his leadership and expertise, we are confident that our marketing efforts will thrive, and we will continue to exceed customer expectations.”
