ISS and Charlie Kao Release 4-Part Video Course on Self-Storage Project Feasibility

Available through the ISS Store, “How to Conduct a Self-Storage Feasibility Study” is being offered at a special introductory price of $249.

The curriculum teaches viewers to create their own desktop feasibility report for a potential self-storage acquisition or new development. Presented in four sections, it provides and industry outlook and shares tools that help users make sound market assessments. Topics include site review and evaluation, demographics, competition survey, new-development review, demand analysis, lease-up, rental rates, unit mix, income statements, executive summary, and more.
