The coronavirus pandemic may have forced us to postpone our 2020 Inside Self-Storage World Expo to July 21-24 (still at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas), but we’re eager to see your faces! Well, part of them anyway. We’ve just launched a “Crushing COVID” contest in which we invite you to share your most creative face-mask ideas on social media. Participants who can be confirmed as having registered for the July event will be entered into a drawing to win our Coronavirus Survival Pack containing:
- Three 35-count canisters of name-brand disinfectant wipes
- A 12-roll package of name-brand toilet paper
- A box of nitrile gloves (100 count, size large)
- Two one-ounce bottles of name-brand hand sanitizer
- A 12-ounce bottle of hand soap
- Choice of five, free on-demand seminars from the ISS Store
- Free one-year subscription to ISS Magazine
To join in the fun, you must like and comment on the contest’s official Facebook post, and then post a photo or drawing of your best face-mask idea to Facebook or Twitter using hashtag #ISSWorldExpoCares by May 15. Anyone can participate, but only registered ISS World Expo attendees will be entered to win the prize. So, go on … Show us your face!
The ISS World Expo comprises four days of education, networking and exhibits. Designed for self-storage owners, managers, investors, builders and vendors, it draws approximately 4,000 professionals from around the world. Attendees can choose from three registration packages to participate in workshops, seminars, roundtable discussions, open-forum Q&A sessions, an evening cocktail reception, vendor presentations, and more.
This year’s event will feature 100-plus presentations and approximately 200 industry product and service exhibits. It’s produced by Inside Self-Storage, which has provided informational resources for the self-storage industry for more than 29 years. Additional educational offerings from the brand include a monthly magazine, an extensive website, the ISS Store, and Self-Storage Talk, the industry’s largest online community.
