The digital products are available on demand at www.insideselfstoragestore.com.
Maximizing Facility Income: A Revenue-Generation Guide for Self-Storage Operators is presented by Bob Copper, owner of Self Storage 101, an industry consulting firm. During the 41-minute webinar, Copper discusses ways operators can increase their facility income, including six specific methods for increasing revenue and four residual benefits of increasing business earnings.
Planning Your Self-Storage Exit Strategy: Options for Facility Owners is presented by John Gilliland, CEO, and John Barry, vice president, brokerage division, of Investment Real Estate LLC, a company specializing in self-storage investment, brokerage, management, construction, consulting and feasibility-study services in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast states. During the one-hour webinar, the presenters discuss various approaches operators can take when planning their exit strategy, including when to divest from the asset, determining when to sell, and considerations for passing the business to an heir.
The webinars are the latest educational products added to the ISS Store, which also offers digital versions of Inside Self-Storage (ISS) magazine, video and audio recordings of education sessions from the Inside Self-Storage World Expo, digital Guidebooks and a la carte manager-training sessions.
