Self-Storage Insurance Provider MiniCo Joins Forces With NIP Group, Adds 4 Specialty Programs

MiniCo Insurance Agency LLC, a provider of coverages for self-storage and other industries, has joined forces with affiliate company NIF Group Inc., to add four new programs to its portfolio of specialty insurance products. They are ArtisanPAK construction insurance, landscaping insurance, nonprofit social services insurance and adult residential facilities insurance.

NIF is part of Jencap Program Administrators, a newly formed division of Jencap Inc., a distribution platform for independent insurance professionals. The NIF executives who are transitioning to MiniCo will continue to lead the programs, according to a press release. David Daniels, executive vice president of national programs, will lead ArtisanPAK and landscaping. Vince Terlaje, who holds the same title, will oversee the other two.

The related management and underwriting staff have also joined MiniCo to provide a seamless transition and uninterrupted service experience for brokers, producers and policyholders, the release stated. Coverage details for the newly added programs, including target classes, coverage availability, submission requirements and applications, are available on the MiniCo website.
