Self-Storage Firm IREGC Hires Acquisitions Manager, Accounts-Payable Specialist

Update 2/23/24 – On the heels of its announcement earlier this month that it had hired an acquisition manager, IREGC has hired Amanda Noll as an accounts-payable specialist. Her responsibilities will include verifying, reconciling and allocating invoices; managing and preparing monthly cash-flow analysis; and calculating monthly management fees charged to properties.

2/12/24 – The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), which specializes in self-storage construction and management and operates the Moove In Self Storage brand, has hired Jon Yandle as acquisitions manager. He’ll be responsible for the sourcing, research, analysis and negotiation process for acquisitions for the company’s self-storage brand, according to a press release.

Most recently, Yandle was a net lease advisor for Sands Investment Group, which specializes in commercial assets including self-storage. Prior to that, he was head of market research for Markward Group and served as a market intern for Newmark Knight Frank.

“Jon’s experience and knowledge will be an essential attribute to the team,” said Justin Quinto, vice president of acquisitions and asset management for IREGC. “We are excited for Jon’s future with us and all the opportunities that he creates.”
