5050 Storage Partners, StorMark Hires Self-Storage District Manager for the Southeast

5050 Storage Partners, which operates StorMark Self-Storage in the Southeast, hired Stephen Breining as a district manager. In this role, he’ll oversee a portfolio spanning the Carolinas to Virginia, according to a press release.

Breining has more than 12 years of experience in operating multi-facility self-storage portfolios, with expertise in revenue management. He’ll be charged with onboarding new facilities and improving the company’s existing policies and procedures, the release stated.

“As a growing firm, we realized how significant of a hire this was; and were thrilled that 5050 Storage Partners chose us to partner with,” said Jeremy Monteverde, director of Real8 Group, which recruited Breining for 5050 Storage Partners. “It was a pleasure to work with their leadership team, and we're excited to see the positive impact Stephen will make as the company continues to expand.”

Founded in 2020, 5050 Storage Partners operates nearly 20 self-storage facilities comprising 6,200 units.
