A dispute between two men outside Stor-It Self Storage in Stafford, Virginia, on Tuesday resulted in one allegedly driving his car into the other. The incident at 2023 Jefferson Davis Highway happened at 8:25 p.m., according to the source.

After exchanging words, the pedestrian resumed walking. As he crossed in front of car, Barr struck him with the passenger side of his vehicle, pushing the man over, the source reported.
